About Me

Thanks for taking the time to learn more about me. I share some pretty sensitive information here. I want you to have the opportunity to get to know as much about me as you can. As you know I grew up in a very unstable environment. Every 90 days to 180 days or so they would move me to a new placement. After age 11 everything that was considered normal changed. I didn't get to go to my friends house or go where I wanted when I wanted.

Things changed for me when I turned 14 and went to the last foster home in 1997 Thomas and Mary Elder (foster parents) only went to church on Sunday morning. At one point they decided to get serious about living for GOD. We started attending church regularly June 25th 1999 I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost, I was baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remissions of my sins according to the scriptures John 3 :1-8, Acts 2:4, Acts 2:38. I could list more scripture but it would fill up this page.

My foster parents were in 2 different home based businesses at the time I arrived at their home. One was a gold coin opportunity and one was health and wellness weight loss opportunity. I learned a lot of my old school offline network marketing skills from them. We were always attending weekly local business meetings, district meetings once a month, and regional meetings quarterly. Every 6 months was a national convention.

My life was forever changed and impacted by the people who God allowed me the opportunity to cross paths with. I have gotten the opportunity to hear some of the most powerful preaching, some of the most influential music, and to be apart of some awesome congregations. From a spiritual/scriptural perspective that meant the most more than anything else life has to offer. On the outside looking in might be hard for some to grasp. The bottom line is God is real and there are things in my life that has His signature on it. He showed himself strong to me and more than proved himself to me. You've come to late to try to tell me or convince me that God doesn't exist.

I have got to experience the best training from trainers in this industry from the 90's, my foster parents and many other business professionals. Who helped work on my mentality, my attitude. Long before I came online I was educated, which is why I didn't fall victim to the endless snares and traps that the masses fall into.

I had some awesome great things happen in my life even though there was a lot of bad and negativity there was some good and some positive. The Elders helped me to make some connections in my life that helped me to get to where I am today. Thanks for taking the time to listen to a part of my story. I hope that you were able to extract some value. It would really mean a lot to me if you left me some comments below showing that you were here and if my story impacted you in anyway.

What a blessing to have met the Elders – your life could have had a different story. God has definitely shown His hand in your life. Are you in touch with your brother and Mrs. Elder?

Thanks for sharing your story. It’s hard for me to be vulnerable so I’m sure it was not easy sharing your story. I’m sorry for your lose.

It’s crazy how the decisions of others(good or bad) can affect the lives of other people so deeply.

It would have been amazing to learn skills from Network Marketing Professionals at such a young age like you were able to experience. I was looking for that type of guidance before I turned 18 but I never came across it.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge and skills with me and so many others. I appreciate you taking the time to educate, train, and lead by example

thanks people don’t land in your life on accident!

  • May 28, 2019

Absolutely agree with everything everyone else has said here.

This is only a snippet of your life and testimony.

Just want to say thank you for your raw vulnerability here Chris and the heart-wrenching tears, my deepest condolences to you, as you were open enough to share that day with us.

I really have more of an urgency to reach-out to family who do not know Jesus and to share my story with as many people as possible as Jesus says in Matthew 28:19, Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost KJV we are commissioned for His mission to spread the gospel and to teach!!

God sees your heart Chris and He continues to honor you in all that you’re doing because you’re honoring him with your prayers, praise and worship…God bless you always!

Incredibly powerful testament Chris. Reminds me of much of my own story. Powerful testimonies in my own family as well. But what you do today will be the best way to honor your past. And if i remember correctly, you did say that you were introduced to the scriptures? I too have surrendered my life to the Lord. If it wasn’t for him I would have bit the dust a long time ago. Just remember that you are not the only one who has been through tough times. You think it was tough growing up in Kansas? Try NYC! OHH Boy! A real party waiting for you up here!

Oh BTW, I also watched your “My Story” page. I couldn’t continue. It was that overwhelmingly powerful. It nearly brought me to tears. I had to stop. Please dont hold that against me.

    Aww Chris! *hugs*
Thank you for sharing your story. Your story gave me more insight into why you’re the person you are today because before I used to think you were just hardnosed and difficult just because. I’m glad you were brave enough to share your story.

I can relate to most of it especially when it comes to instability in the home. My mom had us young (except my baby sister, she was about 28 when she had her). My mom dated this guy and he was very abusive. He was mean to both of us, but he seemed to pick on me the most. He would beat me until I was bloody and I couldn’t walk. He would make fun of my appearance and my intelligence. How I ate. I could go on. She didn’t know at first until later but she didn’t immediately leave him. It happened with another guy too. It seemed like she was searching for love and herself through men. Seemed like she cared more about them men than us. I used to pray that my dad would come home to save us, but he never did. I escaped through reading, drawing comics, and daydreaming. The good news is my sisters and I moved to our grandparents and it was the best decision ever. We had stability for the first time. They were good to us. I love them very much.

But it wasn’t enough. I realized I was deeply traumatized by what I went through. I developed PTSD, depression, and dissociative identity disorder. I attempted suicide many times, my most recent attempt being last year when I tried to jump off a bridge into the highway. I was going to ram my car off the side of the road but I didn’t want to survive so I decided to jump. It was after I went through sexual assault, abuse, and even more humiliation. I couldn’t take it anymore and I figured God was trying to make fun of me. I went to recovery and therapy while I had insurance. It helped me for a while. I’m doing better these days but I still have my moments.

But anyway, I appreciate your story. I can relate to you.

I am sorry that you had to go through what you went through everything we suffered beyond our control is something that our parents are going to have to stand before GOD and be harshly judged because they strayed away from his EXAMPLE of providing needs. Neglecting needs to satisfy their own lust. We will always have a fight on our hands through life but we have to face and embrace the challenges of attempting to overcome! We need God’s help ultimately

Great testimony Christopher. All you have been through and you are still strong . God doesn’t always take you out of the storm but he will get you through the storm. You are a perfect example of that. I hope your testimony touch many more as it has touched me. Thank you fir sharing on a personal note.
